Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on costing, Profitability & Targets: Prepare accurate cost calculations, understand gross profit and margins, work confidently on spreadsheets, and consistently meet agreed .
Support the team by managing good numerical reasoning skills with the ability to calculate costs, understand gross profit, and work with margins.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a External Sales Agent - Independent Contractor / Eksterne Verkoopsagent - Onafhanklike Kontrakteur (VR 88).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

Relevant experience in ngo & non-profit or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
