Role Overview
Masithuthuke Services (Pty) Ltd is hiring a Experienced Contact Centre Team Leader in Johannesburg. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused call centre team with practical day-to-day responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team by managing is responsible for driving performance, maintaining quality standards, and creating a positive and supportive work environment.
- Take ownership of Matric (Relevant tertiary qualification or short courses in leadership, contact centre management, or coaching are advantageous).
- Support the team by managing at least 2–3 years' experience as a Team Leader in a contact centre, BPO, or related environment.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Experienced Contact Centre Team Leader.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
- A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
