REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, or related qualification
- Excellent written and spoken Afrikaans & English
- Comfortable engaging on an executive level
- Highly detail-oriented, organised and deadline-driven
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all communications
- High focus on punctuality and always ensuring details are double-checked for accuracy
- Proficiency in using data reporting tools to generate actionable insights
- Strong Excel skills
- Own reliable vehicle essential
- Able to be at the office from 07:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
- Diary management across multiple business entities
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, including venues, attendees and logistics
- Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes
- Acting as the first point of contact for emails and enquiries, effectively managing the director's communications
- Maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with community organisations, industry partners, and stakeholders
- Providing executive and business support, including the management of reports, correspondence, and administrative functions across the director's various entities
- Coordinating property maintenance and service schedules
- Managing the director's private residence, household staff and family-related requirements
- Arranging local and international travel, including visas, flights, accommodation, transport and itineraries
