Estate Planning Broker - Pretoria East

Are you an experienced estate planning professional with a passion for helping clients protect their wealth and secure their legacy? We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Estate Planning Broker to join our client's growing team in Pretoria East.
About the Role
As an Estate Planning Broker, you will provide expert guidance to clients on estate planning solutions, ensuring their assets are protected and distributed according to their wishes. You will build lasting client relationships, identify estate planning needs, and offer tailored solutions, including wills, trusts, beneficiary planning, and related financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive estate planning consultations.
  • Advise clients on wills, trusts, estate administration, and succession planning.
  • Identify opportunities to provide complementary financial and legacy planning solutions.
  • Build strong referral networks with financial advisers, attorneys, accountants, and other professionals.
  • Ensure all recommendations comply with applicable legislation and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate client records and provide exceptional after-sales service.
  • Achieve agreed business development and client service targets.

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • Proven experience in estate planning, financial planning, insurance, fiduciary services, or a related field.
  • Sound knowledge of estate planning principles and South African estate and estate tax legislation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English due to client base.
  • Strong consultative sales and business development abilities.
  • Self-driven, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding client service.
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant qualification in Financial Planning, Law, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within fiduciary services or wealth management.
  • Existing professional network and proven track record in business development will be advantageous.
