Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing this means that you will be the primary point of contact for any client or Financial Advisor during the estate administration process.
Support the team by managing ▪ In new estates meetings, explain the estates process, time frames and costs with client/families/beneficiaries and Brokers.
Take ownership of ▪ Ensure that all active enquiries that will not be converted to an estate are deactivated within our business durations, and instruction sent to ECA to action.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Estate Consultant, Bloemfontein - R360 000 PA + Cell Allowance + Petrol Card.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Relevant experience in real estate or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
