About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Estate Agent to help clients buy, sell, and rent residential or commercial properties. You will build strong client relationships, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and provide expert guidance throughout the property transaction process.

What You'll Do

Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties

Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information

List and market properties across various platforms

Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

Negotiate offers and facilitate property transactions

Prepare and manage property documentation and contracts

Stay up to date with property market trends and pricing

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales or rental process

Requirements

Matric certificate (minimum requirement)

Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) or willingness to obtain one (where applicable)

Previous experience in real estate or sales is advantageous

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport (preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is advantageous
