Role Overview

Trendi Recruit needs a Epol - Management Accountant - PMB who can step into a practical role in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. A key part of the work involves PMB Tracking product and customer profit margins by using standard monthly reports and highlighting variances from targets to sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on identification of Capex opportunities to unlock profit of the operations within the context of group Capex requirements and strategy.
Support the team by managing report and or escalate any areas of non- compliance appropriately.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Epol - Management Accountant - PMB.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of ngo & non-profit work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
