Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Bachelor's degree (or similar) in Environmental Science, Forestry, Sustainability, Engineering, Social Sciences, Safety, or a related field.
Support the team by managing 5+ years' experience in ESG, environmental management, sustainability, or compliance within manufacturing, energy, or forestry sectors.
Keep momentum on strong knowledge of environmental permitting, sustainability standards, and ESG frameworks.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Officer.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
