Role Overview

An engineering and surveying operation is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead technical field delivery, quality and team coordination.

This position combines day-to-day delivery with accurate administration, timely follow-through and professional coordination with the people and teams who rely on the role.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of the following areas:

Supervise engineering survey activities, field teams and project outputs. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.
Review drawings, specifications, survey data and technical reports. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.
Coordinate equipment, schedules, site requirements and client communication. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.

Requirements

Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following capabilities in a structured, deadline-driven working environment:

Extensive engineering surveying or civil-construction experience. Apply sound judgement, dependable follow-through and a collaborative working style.
