Engineering Senior Draughtsman and Manager

Role Overview

Lead a design office or engineering design team while combining strong technical capability with practical knowledge of heavy engineering and mineral-processing equipment.

Experience and Qualifications

• BEng, BTech or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Eight to ten years' experience in mechanical design within mining, mineral processing, heavy engineering or industrial manufacturing.
• Three to five years' experience leading a design office, engineering design team or drawing office.
• Technical capability and proven leadership experience.
• Practical understanding of heavy engineering and mineral-processing equipment.
• Passion for innovation, product development and manufacturing excellence.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to manufacturing facilities and project sites.
