Engineering Manager - Manufacturing

Role Overview

An Engineering Manager is required to lead engineering and maintenance activities within a consumer-goods manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering and maintenance activities within the manufacturing environment.
• Lead the engineering function and supervise maintenance performance.
• Support reliable plant operation, technical problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Apply engineering, maintenance and safety requirements to manufacturing operations.
• Work with operational stakeholders to resolve technical and production challenges.

Requirements

• Trade Test as a Millwright, Electrician or Fitter and Turner.
• GCC Factories is advantageous.
• Minimum five to ten years of engineering and maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum five years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong technical, leadership, maintenance and operational capability.
