Take ownership of Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
Keep momentum on train, mentor, and support engineering staff and interns.
Take ownership of Support business growth through innovation, product development, and improved engineering solutions.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Engineering Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
