Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Develop and mentor a high-performing engineering team with succession planning.
Take ownership of BSc Engineering / BTech / National Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical).
Take ownership of Postgraduate qualification in Engineering Management or MBA advantageous.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Engineering Manager (Jhb).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
