Engineering and Actuarial Graduate Programme - Trainee Manager

Programme Overview

An accelerated development programme for hands-on, ambitious graduates from Engineering, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics or Statistics backgrounds. The programme is designed to fast-track candidates into management and leadership positions.

Programme Responsibilities

• Rotate through the South African business for six to eighteen months.
• Participate in continuous training.
• Fulfil a range of roles and functions across the business.
• Learn and understand operations and develop the capability to move into a management or leadership role.
• Gain exposure to sales-side and operational-side functions.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics or Statistics with outstanding academic performance.
• Distinction in Grade 12 Mathematics is non-negotiable.
• Newly qualified graduate with zero to three years' work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on and positive attitude.
• Technically independent with good initiative.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative approach.
