Key Responsibilities
- Support the team by managing assist on growing the medical aid and GAP division within the practice.
- Take ownership of Registered Medical aid broker or willing to operate under supervision.
- Take ownership of Minimum 2 years medical aid schemes and GAP cover products experience required.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Employee Benefits Adviser / Medical Aid Broker.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
