Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing assist on growing the medical aid and GAP division within the practice.
Take ownership of Registered Medical aid broker or willing to operate under supervision.
Take ownership of Minimum 2 years medical aid schemes and GAP cover products experience required.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Employee Benefits Adviser / Medical Aid Broker.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

2 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
