is seeking a motivated and professional Electronics Support Technician to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who is technically minded, calm under pressure, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)
Qualification in Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics
Valid driver’s licence (compulsory)
Must be fluent in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written).
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and presentation
Willingness to learn product setup, configuration, and fault-finding

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients via email, WhatsApp, and telephone
Assist clients with product setup and troubleshooting
Perform fault-finding on devices and resolve technical issues efficiently
Deliver professional and helpful customer service at all times
