Our client is hiring an E-commerce Operations Coordinator to support daily online trading and fulfilment performance. This role is ideal for someone organised and customer-focused who enjoys operational problem-solving. You will ensure orders flow smoothly from the website through picking, packing, and dispatch. Monitor daily online orders and coordinate fulfilment priorities with warehouse/store teams.
Track SLA performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
Handle customer order queries, delivery issues, and service recovery communication.
Support returns processing and ensure refunds/exchanges follow policy and controls.
Maintain daily reporting on order volumes, cancellations, and fulfilment exceptions.
Support platform updates by coordinating basic content and operational checks.
Work with logistics partners to resolve delivery failures and optimise performance.

Matric essential; diploma in supply chain/business advantageous.
2–5 years experience in retail operations, e-commerce, or customer fulfilment.
Strong coordination skills and comfort working with multiple teams.
Excel/reporting confidence and attention to detail.
Strong customer communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure during peaks and promotions.
