ROSOND (Pty) Ltd is hiring a Drilling Technical Specialist in Midrand. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to keeping technical work accurate, practical and aligned to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of The role will serve as a custodian of drilling (Core, RC,Percussion, Sonic etc) technical capability in the company.
Support the team by managing spend qaulity time at sites particularly those encountering difficulties and determine changes to be made to improve on operational proficiency, safety, production and ma.
Take ownership of Provide input into and technical proficiency and productivity rankings.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Drilling Technical Specialist.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of technical work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
