Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on minimum 5 years' operational experience in drilling and blasting within a mining production environment, including mine planning and pit design/layout.
Take ownership of Solid understanding of the mining lifecycle, mining value chain, and the operational impact of mining activities.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Drill & Blast Engineer.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
