Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
Support the team by managing proven experience in a senior Food and Beverage leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Director of Food & Beverage.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of hotel work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
