Role Overview

Theo Smit Recruitment (Pty) Ltd needs a Digital Marketing & Client Development Lead who can step into a practical role in Johannesburg. A key part of the work involves Confirm all four required tags (Related Services, Related Sectors, Co-Authoring Director, Blog Series) before forwarding to the webmaster.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on notify authors when their blog is live and distribute LinkedIn social cards and suggested captions.
Take ownership of Produce pre-event and post-event social media content for all firm events across relevant platforms.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Digital Marketing & Client Development Lead.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

Relevant experience in social services or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
