  • Contribute to resilience, scalability, and service continuity planning.
  • Follow change management, security, and operational governance requirements consistently.
  • Maintain documentation for environments, processes, access control, and change activities.
  • Review logs, alerts, and technical performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor environments, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions or preventative improvements.
  • Assist with deployments, configuration changes, patching, backup checks, and recovery readiness.

This role will also require disciplined communication, documentation accuracy, and a practical approach to balancing delivery quality with operational timelines.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Candidates should be comfortable working with business requirements, technical standards, and practical delivery expectations.

  • Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Understanding of operational controls, technical troubleshooting, and change management discipline.
  • Good working knowledge of documentation standards, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
  • Typically suited to candidates with around 3–6 years relevant experience and the ability to manage core responsibilities independently.
