Role Overview

Corruseal Group needs a DESPATCH MANAGER who can step into a practical role in Prospecton (Durban). A key part of the work involves DESPATCH MANAGER Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within distribution or logistics, preferably in an FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a DESPATCH MANAGER.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.
Spot risks early and escalate practical issues before they become blockers.

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
