Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing lead UX/UI design across digital journeys and platforms.
Support the team by managing translate strategy into practical, user-focused design solutions.
Support the team by managing drive user research, testing, and data-informed design decisions.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Design Lead.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

8 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
