Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on managing engineering related activities associated with the company's operations.
Take ownership of Continuously improving and developing products and engineering solutions.
Take ownership of 5–10 years' experience in an engineering design role within a manufacturing, mining, or engineering environment.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Design Engineering Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

5 to 10 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
