Keep momentum on design and develop electronic circuits and systems based on detailed technical specifications.
Take ownership of Ensure that designs perform reliably in real-world operating environments.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Design Engineer.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of design services work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
