Key Responsibilities

The Deputy Cultivation Manager supports the in the execution, technical oversight and continuous improvement of cultivation operations.
Cultivation Operations and Crop Health
Plan and oversee daily cultivation activities in line with approved crop plans and instructions from the Head of Cultivation.
Escalate issues early and support consistent delivery standards.

Clear communication, good organisation and reliable follow-through.
