Dental Assistant

Synopsis

We are looking for a friendly and organised Dental Assistant to support dentists during procedures, prepare treatment rooms and help ensure patients receive comfortable and efficient dental care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist dentists during examinations and procedures.
2. Prepare and sterilise dental instruments and equipment.
3. Set up and clean treatment rooms between appointments.
4. Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable.
5. Maintain patient records and appointment schedules.
6. Follow infection control and hygiene protocols.
7. Monitor and manage dental supplies and stock.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

1. Relevant dental assisting qualification or training is advantageous.
2. Previous experience in a dental practice is beneficial.
3. Knowledge of dental instruments and procedures.
4. Understanding of infection control and sterilisation.
5. Good communication and organisational skills.
