Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of R 540 000.00 PA Our corporate client, a specialist in deceased estates transfers is seeking a professional Conveyancer with management/team leader experience.
Support the team by managing the transfer team attends to transfers of immovable property from deceased estates to third parties, whether in terms of testate or intestate succession or by way of sale.
Support the team by managing cultivating and maintaining relationships with all clients and Estate Practitioners.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Deceased Estate Conveyancer and Notary Public | Team Leader | Century City, Cape Town | R 480 000.00 - R 540 000.00 PA.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of real estate work.
