Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing assist with credit control system in collaboration with key accounts and finance.
Keep momentum on establish policies that follow customer service best practices while ensuring customers submit payments on time.
Take ownership of Check consumer credit reports, approve or deny applications and communicate decisions to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Debtoros Clerk.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of admin work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
