Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Contact customers via outbound and inbound calls to collect outstanding debts.
Take ownership of Minimum 1–2 years' debt collection experience in a call centre environment.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Debt Collector - Call Center Environment (Roodepoort / Krugersdorp / Constantia Kloof).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

1 to 2 years of relevant experience
A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
