Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of A well-established automotive retail group is seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to take full leadership of a high-performing passenger vehicle dealership.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Dealer Principal (DP) - Automotive.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.

Requirements

Relevant experience in automotive or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
