Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of 2 years' experience applying data science across mainly qualitative data and preferably in a contact centre.
Keep momentum on knowledge and application of MI/BI & Contact Centre relevant software & systems.
Take ownership of Business Objects, Power BI, Aspect WFM, Avaya Telephony, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Data Scientist (Pipeline).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

2 years of relevant experience
A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
