About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to protect our systems, networks, and data from digital threats. You will play a critical role in identifying vulnerabilities, preventing cyberattacks, and ensuring compliance with security standards across the organisation.

What You'll Do

Monitor systems and networks for security threats and breaches.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Implement and manage security protocols and firewalls.
Respond to and investigate cybersecurity incidents.
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to strengthen system security.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cyber Security.
Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP (advantageous).
Experience with security tools, SIEM systems, and network monitoring.
Strong understanding of encryption, firewalls, and threat detection.
Experience in incident response and risk assessment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
