CX Lead
Role Overview
Capitec Bank LTD needs a CX Lead who can step into a practical role in Stellenbosch. A key part of the work involves CX Lead Assuming end-to-end ownership for all CX related aspects of specifically allocated channels (Branch, BSC, Digital, Insights), and lead the application of the best CX practi.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of A relevant tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering or Business Management.
- Keep momentum on facilitation and stakeholder management.
- Support the team by managing act as the "voice of the client", influencing business decisions with insights into client needs, behaviours, and pain points.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a CX Lead.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of business management work.
- Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
- Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
