Customer Support Agent

Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound or outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, products, or support queries.
- Capture and maintain customer information within CRM systems.
- Resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex queries appropriately.
- Meet call centre performance targets and service standards.
- Follow approved call scripts, service processes, and compliance procedures.
- Document interactions clearly within internal systems.
- Collaborate with supervisors and support teams to improve customer outcomes.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric / Grade 12 is essential.
- Relevant diploma or certificate advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment advantageous.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining service quality.
