Customer Success Manager
Role Overview
The Unlimited is hiring a Customer Success Manager in Umhlanga. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused pr & communication team with practical day-to-day responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep momentum on drive incremental revenue from existing customers by identifying opportunities to cross-sell complementary products and upsell higher-value products through outbound enga.
- Support the team by managing the candidate maintains strong relationships, understands customer needs, and positions additional products/services that increase lifetime value (LTV).
- Support the team by managing drive Revenue Growth: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base to increase revenue and meet monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Customer Success Manager.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in pr & communication or a closely related field.
- Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
