Are you a technically minded professional with experience in a manufacturing environment and a passion for solving customer challenges?
An exciting opportunity is available for a Customer Service Technician to join a high-volume manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll work closely with customers and internal teams to provide technical support, resolve product-related issues, and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

What You'll be doing:

Support customer product trials and new product introductions to ensure successful implementation.
Investigate customer complaints and provide technical solutions to resolve product-related issues.
Conduct customer visits to assess product performance, provide support, and strengthen customer relationships.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Provide technical support to production teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
Prepare and maintain technical reports, product specifications, and related documentation.
Deliver product and process training to customers, operators, and apprentices where required.
Work closely with Quality, Production, and other technical teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for:

Grade 12 / Matric.
Diploma in Quality or a related technical qualification.
Injection Moulding or Plastic Processing Certificate.
A trade qualification will be advantageous.
Minimum 3 years' technical experience within an injection moulding or plastic manufacturing environment.
Sound understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Well organised with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
