Role Overview
Staff Solutions needs a Customer Service Representative who can step into a practical role in Johannesburg. Key Responsibilities
- Support the team by managing manage high volumes of customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, breakdowns, and service requests.

Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
- Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
