Role Overview
MPRTC Recruitment needs a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / BREAKDOWN COORDINATOR (SPARTAN) who can step into a practical role in JHB - Eastern Suburbs. A key part of the work involves CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / BREAKDOWN COORDINATOR (SPARTAN) Minimum 5 years' experience in a call centre, customer service, breakdown coordination, or service advisor role.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Proven ability to handle high call volumes and work effectively under pressure.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / BREAKDOWN COORDINATOR (SPARTAN).
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
- Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
- Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
