Customer Service / Order & Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, organised and customer-focused Customer Service professional to join the head office of a leading international organisation in the agricultural and biological solutions sector in Lanseria, Gauteng.

This role suits someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating orders and logistics, and ensuring that every customer receives efficient and professional support.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and responsive customer support.
• Handle and follow up on customer enquiries and requests.
• Process and manage customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently.
• Assist with logistics coordination and delivery requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to the Customer Service team.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding queries, orders and deliveries.
• Assist customers during seasonal demand periods while maintaining a high level of service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Administration, Agriculture and/or Logistics is advantageous.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to remain calm and productive under pressure.
• Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality.
• Agricultural or logistics experience is advantageous but not essential.
