Customer Service Manager
Role Overview
Intellistaff is hiring a Customer Service Manager in JHB - Northern Suburbs. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused design services team with practical day-to-day responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep momentum on travel to client premises to conduct routine check-ins, assess service satisfaction, and strengthen business relationships.
- Support the team by managing assist clients with basic on-site troubleshooting, training, or walkthroughs of the company's products/ services.
- Take ownership of Gather firsthand feedback during visits regarding client pain points and report back to management to improve service delivery.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Customer Service Manager.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in design services or a closely related field.
- Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
