Role Overview
HBZ Bank Limited needs a Customer Service Consultant who can step into a practical role in Pietermaritzburg. Key Responsibilities
- Keep momentum on handling of Customer queries relating to all General Banking Services and Add‐Value Services, web banking and debit cards.
- Support the team by managing minimum of 3 years' banking experience, preferably in a similar position.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Customer Service Consultant.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
- Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Requirements
