- Take ownership of National Diploma in Communications, Customer Service, Call Centre or related qualification.
- Keep momentum on minimum 2 years' experience in a client service or call centre environment.
- Keep momentum on call Centre or Help Desk qualification will be advantageous.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a CUSTOMER CALL CENTRE AGENT - 09 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT - JHB.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
