Role Overview

Capita South Africa needs a Customer Advisor who can step into a practical role in Cape Town. A key part of the work involves Customer Advisor Taking inbound calls from new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep momentum on call existing customers via dialer to offer new deals.
  • Support the team by managing high proficiency in written and verbal English communication,.
  • Support the team by managing 24 Months Call Centre (Telesales / Retentions / Sales through Customer Service).
  • Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Customer Advisor.
  • Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in call centre or a closely related field.
  • Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
  • Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
