Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Our Call Centre is operational 365 days per year (including Christmas and New Year).
- Take ownership of Capita is an award-winning contact centre service company with fully hosted global delivery centres trusted by global leading brands to transform their Customer Experienc.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Customer Advisor.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
- Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
