Role Overview
Capita South Africa needs a Customer Advisor who can step into a practical role in Cape Town. A key part of the work involves Customer Advisor 6-12 Months Customer Service Call Centre / 12 Months High End Retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team by managing our Call Centre is operational 365 days per year (including Christmas and New Year).
- Keep momentum on a progressive career path to help you develop in your Call center career.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Customer Advisor.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
- Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Requirements
- Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of call centre work.
- Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
- Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
