Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on pastel or similar/ Excel Vibey Company Credit Notes, Invoicing, Statements, Understand stock codes and basic warehousing and discounts.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Creditors/Debtors/Client liaison with own transport. R25KCTC. Invoicing and Statements. Pastel or similar/ Excel Vibey Company.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.

Requirements

Relevant experience in warehousing or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
