Creative Communications & Brand Specialist
Role Overview
Deliver high-quality visual communication and creative brand support across digital, print and multimedia channels. Protect, develop and enhance the corporate identity while translating business objectives into practical communication that supports sales, marketing, recruitment, operations, customer confidence and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Act as custodian of the corporate identity, maintaining approved messaging, visual standards and consistent brand presentation across divisions.
- Develop and maintain branded templates, marketing collateral, communication standards and corporate documents, reviewing creative work for brand compliance before publication.
- Design brochures, flyers, banners, posters, advertisements, social-media assets, promotional material and print-ready artwork from concept through final production, applying sound typography, layout, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
- Manage website content and development, multimedia production, digital-marketing support, internal communications and presentation design.
- Create authentic AI-assisted content and improve creative workflows while maintaining brand consistency.
- Translate business objectives into visual communication for sales, marketing, recruitment, operations and corporate initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, customer engagements, internal functions and brand activations, ensuring professional delivery and visual alignment.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, suppliers and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment with changing priorities and high quality standards.
Requirements
- Strong graphic-design, website, multimedia, digital-marketing and presentation capability across print and digital production.
- Working knowledge of typography, layout, colour, visual hierarchy, print-ready artwork and corporate brand governance.
- Experience creating brochures, flyers, banners, posters, advertisements, social content, templates and corporate documents.
- Ability to support website content, multimedia production, events, exhibitions, internal communications and presentation design.
- Experience translating technical or business information for sales, marketing, recruitment, operations and stakeholder audiences.
- Strong organisation, creativity, communication, responsiveness and deadline-management skills, with the ability to work independently across concurrent projects.
- Practical interest in using AI tools to improve content creation and workflow productivity without losing authenticity or brand consistency.
