Role Overview

A project-delivery team is seeking a Contracts Manager to manage commercial performance, contract risk and stakeholder coordination.

This position combines day-to-day delivery with accurate administration, timely follow-through and professional coordination with the people and teams who rely on the role.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of the following areas:

Monitor contract performance, deliverables, variations, claims and project risks. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.
Coordinate contract administration with clients, consultants, suppliers and site teams. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.
Review documentation, reporting and compliance against contractual obligations. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.
Support planning, issue resolution, commercial control and successful project close-out. Maintain clear records, communicate progress and escalate exceptions promptly where required.

Requirements
